Then, when it is time to commit the documents to the database, the use of multiple integration methodologies allows the documents to be instantly routed to the appropriate recipient's inbox (in an early capture environment), or to be automatically indexed, filed, and tied to the appropriate clients' records in the organization's business or CRM system (in a late capture environment).
